Keto Low Carb Protein Waffles

This here is one of my low carb staple. These low carb Protein waffles are great for a quick breakfast especially when paired up with bacon. I eat this about 4 or 5 times a week most weeks.

You can add fresh fruits and whip cream if you wanted for a nice treat as well.

I am unsure of where I found this recipe from but it has been a game changer for me. I have made many of these and they taste great. They are great to heat up so you can have breakfast pre made for about a week.

 

 

Keto Low Carb Protein Waffles
Serves 6
Great tasting low carb protein keto waffles. Recipe makes 12 waffles square in my waffle iron so 2 squares is a serving ( for me I go with 4 so reach my macros)

Ingredients
  1. 6 eggs, separated
  2. 6 ounces of cream cheese
  3. 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
  4. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use ISO Femme Protein Powder
Instructions
  1. mix egg white with tartat sauce until foam peak, mix yolk and cream cheese together. pour egg white on top of egg yolks. Pour batter in waffle iron
Notes
  1. I add 4 tsp maple sugar flakes (optional) which adds a bit of sweetness This has never stalled or kept me out of ketosis.
