So I used to LOVE pizza and well I still do but being on a keto low carb diet well I thought that pizzas were a thing of the past. I mean I know there are several recipes out there for making pizza crusts from cauliflower pizza to almond flour pizza. I have actually given the almond crust pizza a few tries and it came out really good but I was never inspired to try a mexican pizza with that kind of crust.
I remember in elementary school there was only 2 days that I really enjoyed the having the lunches in the cafeteria. It was chicken nugget days and man my favorite Mexican pizza day. I have never been able to duplicate that dayum Mexican pizza but it was hella good. So I am quite excited that I have recently found these flatout flatbread. Man this made my life exciting, I mean I knew that there was such a thing as low card tortilla and other goodies but living in Sherbrooke Quebec these things are not so easily accessible so I was uber excited to find these at my local walmart.
These large one contain 17g of carbs of which 8 are fiber so the total carbs is 9 for one of these when you split that into 2 because I consider this Keto Low Carb Mexican Pizza to be 2 servings it is not too bad.
For myself eating this 2 times in a week has not stalled or decrease my weight loss process so I will continue to eat these on occasion.
