I had a few weeks off ( about 3, you can read about that here is you are interested)
Today, September 8th 2015 I am going back on the low carb train and what a better way to rejoin then to start a new workout challenge.
I find that doing a challenge does me a lot of good as it keeps me motivated and the support from other low carbers out there is just what I need to keep going. So it was only logical for me to come up with a new challenge.
So the new 30 challenge I decided to come up with this time around will focus on 3 aspect, arms, legs and cardio. This challenge will be called the Cardio, Arm and legs workout challenge should not really take up a lot of time I am estimating approx 15 minutes.
This challenge will have 6 different workout that we will do on a daily basis with a break day every 4th day.
Knee Rise: Simply stand straight and lift your right knee up as much as you can and place back down. Repeat with the left knee, doing each leg count as 1.
Overhead Extensions: With or without weights stans with your legs slightly apart. raise your arm above your head and cross your fingers into each other. Bring down your hand towards your back..
Wall Push-ups: Simply place your hands horizontal about 1 foot apart on a wall and place your feet together about 2 feet away from the wall. Do push yourself into the wall using only your arms.
Jumping Jacks: Stand with your feet together and your hands down by your side. Jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head, immediately reverse that motion by jumping back to starting position.
Jump Ropes: Stand with your feet slightly apart, raise your fits up a little bit and start jumping with your feet as you move your arm same motion as if you were actually using a jump rope.
